Graphic Design students at Brevard College begin their studies with core coursework in visual arts, 2D and 3D design, drawing and art history. They continue with courses in computer graphics, graphic design, typography, photography, art studio electives, visual translation, illustrative techniques and graphic design history. All students either create a senior exhibition or participate in a design methods and portfolio development course. Art, need-based and merit scholarships are available, as are United Methodist scholarships. Art scholarship applicants must submit a portfolio.
