Scope of Program:

Students in Mary Baldwin College's Studio Art program may select the Graphic Design Emphasis. Students complete core courses in fundamentals of art and design, art history and drawing, then continue with coursework in photography, printmaking, graphic design techniques, visual literacy, typography, history of design, publication design, advanced studies in graphic design and professional ethics. All students create a portfolio and senior project.

Mary Baldwin College is a residential college for women. Merit and need-based scholarships are available. Virginia residents may apply for Virginia Tuition Assistance Grants.
