Scope of Program:

Multimedia and Graphic Design students at McMurry University begin their studies with foundation coursework in visual arts, design, multimedia applications and computer graphics design.  They then focus on drawing, creative drawing, art history, desktop publishing, photography, HTML and web design, digital animation and special topics in graphic design.  All students must complete one year of a foreign language.

McMurry University is affiliated with the United Methodist Church; all students must take required religion courses.  Art, merit and need-based scholarships are available, as are Methodist church grants and clergy dependents' scholarships.  Texas residents may apply for state-sponsored scholarships and grants.
