Tuition Information:  Undergraduate $20,940 for the 2012 – 2013 school year.  Tuition does not include fees of $600 per year.

Scope of Program:

Graphic Design students at Schreiner University must choose either the Electronic-Based Media or Print-Based Media program.  Students in both programs complete foundation courses in 2D and 3D design, drawing, color theory, digital photography, typography, introduction to media, computer illustration and computer graphics.  Electronic-Based Media students focus on art history, multimedia, web design, graphic design principles, marketing, motion graphics and interactive media.  All students complete an internship and create a portfolio and senior project.  Print-Based Media students concentrate on advanced typography, graphic communication, pre-press and print management, computer graphics studio and marketing.  All students complete an internship and create a portfolio and senior project.

All applicants must complete a foreign language requirement.  Art lab fees may apply.  Schreiner University is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church U. S. A.  Art, merit and need-based scholarships are available, as are Presbyterian heritage grants.  Texas residents are encouraged to apply for state-sponsored grants and scholarships.
