Scope of Program:

The University of Advancing Technology prides itself on its "geek-friendly" atmosphere.  This for-profit, family-owned university focuses on cutting-edge technology and its applications.  All students seeking a bachelor's degree or associate's degree must complete an internship and develop a portfolio; bachelor's degree candidates must also create a senior innovation project.  Master's degree candidates must submit a thesis.  Traditional (classroom) degree programs focus not only on computer technology but also on apps, social media and future technologies.  Online programs use a similar approach, but with slightly different course requirements that are tailored to the online learning experience.

The University of Advancing Technology offers rolling admissions for both its traditional (classroom) and online degree programs.  Scholarships of many types are available for undergraduate (traditional and online programs) and graduate students.
