Connecticut Animation Schools: Most Expensive to Least Expensive

Connecticut is home to more than 40 Title IV degree-granting institutions. These schools belong to a select group of institutions that earned Title IV status based on five strict requirements. Title IV schools (1) have been in business for at least 2 years, (2) have accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, (3) grant an associate's degree or higher, (4) offer a program of at least 300 clock hours in length, and (5) they have signed a participation agreement with the Department. A Title IV school is eligible for Title IV federal financial-aid programs, making them more accessible to students with financial need.

Although a “top” school doesn’t automatically make the list of  “best” schools, and vice versa, somehow a large number of schools often end up on both lists. We say “somehow,” because the formula used to determine which schools belong on a “top” list is different from the formula used to compile a “best” list. Why?
