Massachusetts Animation Schools: Most to Least Expensive

Massachusetts is home to more than 120 Title IV degree-granting institutions. These schools belong to a select group of Title IV institutions based on five requirements. These schools (1) have accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, (2) have been in business for at least 2 years (3) have signed a participation agreement with the Department (4) grant an associate's degree or higher, and (5) offer a program of at least 300 clock hours in length.

Massachusetts is home to one of the oldest cities in the U.S.—Boston. The city is so beautiful and historic, that Hollywood filmmakers shoot here frequently, which creates plenty of production opportunities for film animators. Just a few major productions filmed in the state include The Departed, Good Will Hunting, Glory, Field of Dreams, and Mystic River. The film industry isn’t the only place for animators here. The state is also home to hundreds of technology firms, hundreds of advertising and graphic design firms, dozens of web design firms, and 125 accredited colleges and universities.
