Louisiana Animation Schools: Most Expensive to Least Expensive

Louisiana is home to more than 70 Title IV degree-granting institutions and many other degree-granting schools. A Title IV school is eligible for Title IV federal financial-aid programs, making them more accessible to students with serious financial need. In order to obtain Title IV status, an institution must meet five strict requirements. Title IV schools (1) have been in business for at least 2 years, (2) have accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, (3) grant an associate's degree or higher, (4) have signed a participation agreement with the Department, and (5) offer a program of at least 300 clock hours in length.

Louisiana is home to a close-knit community of animators. They work at production studios, mainly in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, as well as ad agencies, web design studios, and more. The state is also home to more than 80 colleges and universities and more than 1,500 elementary schools where the expertise of artists and animators is always needed. In addition to this, the job scene for animators is promising thanks to Hollywood studios that frequently film here along with a sizable number of film festivals, associations, and initiatives that promote Louisiana’s animation industry.
