i use Photoshop and After Effects i draw and color my characters on photoshop separately like the head is separate from the body the arms all the parts that you wanted to move or animate must be drawn separately in photoshop. and then i import those drawings on after effects.. the animation process will be done in after effects... i downloaded a third party plugin called "duik tools" and there i can manipulate my characters it's like a pup-petering process.... then after all the movements are done... where you can add your music and the voice over go ahead and render it... set a file type you want and go... get some coffee wait till it's done... that's all thank you...
